A New Listing

Tonight, on Ebay, I listed this Patriotic Bunny Head on a Wooden Block. Hope you get a chance to take a look at him.

Ebay ended my Spring Doll listing early because I had in my description that I accept checks and money orders. They no longer want their sellers to accept any payment but PayPal. Just wanted to explain why she disappeared so suddenly.
A week from today will be March 1st, that means TDIPT Mercantile will be updating next Saturday night. I hope to have a couple of new pieces listed. March will be TDIPT Mercantile's second birthday. We have lots of things planned for all of you, so I do hope you'll join us for the celebration.
Hope you all have a wonderful week.

New on Ebay Tonight

This little cutie makes her debut tonight on Ebay, she'll be listed for a week and will end next Sunday night, Feb. 22nd.

Measuring in at 18 inches, (including all that hair) this is the perfect Spring doll. Done in beautiful aged greens, white and a bit of pink, she'll be great for St. Patrick's day, Easter and the entire Spring season.

She holds a painted, aged mache' egg that I sprinkled with diamond dust and mica flakes. I attached a stamped "SPRING" tag, vintage pink and green grass and pink ribbons. I wired the egg and bent her hand around it for her to hold it.

Hope you enjoy her and get a chance to take a look at her, simply click on my Ebay link to the right.

I'm filling another order and plan to have a little something on my Selling Blog this week.

Hope you all have a wonderful week...~Diane

Busy..Busy..Busy....

It's been a very busy couple of weeks. I've been working on orders, (Marguerite, your's is the next one, I am working on it!) and making things for my friend Donna's Winter in the Mountains weekend. Her two-day show and sale was a big success, she sold all I took her and a few things of mine she already had plus she sold quite a bit herself (antiques). I've been working on lots of bunny orders, so I haven't had anything on Ebay for almost two weeks and I missed my Simply Primitives deadline so nothing new on there this month.

I'm working on a Spring Doll for Ebay, I needed a break from bunnies. I hope to list her either Sunday or Monday night. I also have something in the works for my selling blog.

After I finish up these things I need to start working on a few things for one of the shops I sell to~Southern Past-Times~in Troutville, VA.

Donna, Southern Star Antiques, is planning to attend a show in Indiana on March
21st, the Olde Homestead Show. It's mainly antiques but they are allowed to include some new so Donna will be taking some of my things with her. If you're in the area, I hope you'll be able to attend. I'll add more about this as the time for it draws nearer. Donna and a couple of her dealer friends are also starting a PictureTrail site together, they plan to list Antique items for sale each month. Can't wait to see what they offer.

Well I need to get back to work, hope you all have a good evening. I'll post a picture of my new doll when I get her finished. Bye for now~Diane

New on my Selling Blog

I just listed this piece tonight on my Selling Blog, hope you get a minute to check her out.

I'm working on some orders this week, I need to get them finished because I have the Simply Primitives update on the 15th of this month.

I received an email last night from Andra Evans, the Associate Editor of Today's Primitive Home website, letting me know my Chubby Americana Bunny, that's currently on Ebay, has been featured on their website. I hope you can check them out, they have some amusing Editorials and feature Primitives from some really fabulous Artists. I'm very honored they've chosen something of mine to feature. I've added their link under "Friends to Visit". The entry featuring my Bunny is dated January
29th.

Have a "good night"~Diane
